Polarity is a daily practice inspired by the work of Dr. David R. Hawkins and his classic, Power vs Force built on a simple, profound idea: every thought, word, and choice carries an energy, and sits somewhere on a scale that runs from lower expressions like fear, pride, and shame to higher ones like courage, acceptance, and love.
Each morning, Polarity gives you two contrasting words, a higher and a lower expression of the same human moment, such as Courage and Fear, or Gratitude and Lack. There is nothing to solve and no score to chase. You simply notice where you are today, and gently choose where to lean.
It takes about a minute. Over time, those minutes become a practice of awareness, a quiet way to spend a little more of your life in the higher fields of consciousness, and a little less in the lower ones.
