A faster app. Screens that stayed busy in the background no longer do, so switching tabs and scrolling stay quick however long you've been in the app. Calls you can rely on. Fixed calls that connected with no sound at all, calls that failed a while after being answered, and incoming calls that didn't ring for people who belong to more than one company. Calls can now rotate to landscape, and choosing a speaker or headset that has since been unplugged no longer leaves you on a silent call. Calls feel better, too — smoother transitions and haptic feedback on the in-call controls. Corrective actions in Auditing. Raise a fix during an audit with an owner and a due date, attach photos or files as evidence, send a fix back for another attempt, and see every attempt instead of only the last one. Admins get a Corrective Actions queue, and audits now open one question at a time. Attach a file from Files without leaving the message composer. Edit your own announcements after posting. Ticket table answers are readable instead of squeezed into eight columns.

Do Not Disturb genuinely silences calls and notifications, statuses expire on their own instead of lingering for days, and what you pick follows you across every device you're signed in on. Know who you're talking to Tap anyone's name or photo for their card — role, location, how to reach them, and their local time, so you know whether now is a good moment. Chat, tidied up • Tap a reply to bring the message it quotes forward, over the conversation, with its photo or file ready to open. • A reply to a photo now looks like that photo. • The complete emoji set is in the picker, and reaction previews tell you what was reacted to. • One tap jumps back to the newest message. Video that scrubs where you drop it Dragging through a video lands on the frame you picked instead of somewhere near it. Files and tickets Large uploads no longer vanish partway through, and a ticket's table answers are finally readable on a phone. Sharing • Notes containing scans, PDFs, and photos now share properly. Attachments used to arrive as an empty or garbled message — they now come through as real files. • The share screen is now a single compact dialog. What's New Marketplace — Checkout & Order Management • Checkout is now a dedicated screen. Tap "Continue to Checkout" from your cart, choose shipping or in-store pickup, select a shipping rate with estimated delivery times, enter your address, and pay — all in one guided flow • Order details now show the payment method used (card brand, Apple Pay, Google Pay) with the last four digits where applicable. • Shipping orders display a live tracking number, carrier, and status. Tap "Track Shipping" to open the carrier's tracking page directly from your order. • Pickup orders follow a clear status path: Confirmed → Ready for Pickup → Picked Up. The pickup address and any special instructions are shown on the order detail. • Admins can now issue partial refunds directly from an order, entering the specific refund amount rather than always refunding the full total. • Admins can generate and share a PDF invoice for any order from the order detail screen. • The orders screen now surfaces a summary dashboard for admins: total revenue, orders this week, average order value, refunds issued, and orders needing attention — all with week-over-week trend indicators. • A quick-access orders button now appears in the marketplace header so you can jump straight to your order history without leaving the catalog view. • Product catalog cards now surface a "Pickup only" or "Hidden" indicator for admin users when a product is missing shipping dimensions, so you can spot and fix listings before customers see them. • Admins can set shipping dimensions and weight on products directly from the mobile product form, and toggle whether pickup is allowed as an alternative to shipping. • Cart quantities now automatically enforce any per-product minimum and maximum order limits, and show a clear hint when you're at the boundary. Scheduling • A new Scheduling section is now accessible from the Nucleus hub for organizations with scheduling enabled, ready for shift management and availability features. Announcements • The announcement feed now loads more posts as you scroll, so older announcements are always reachable without needing to leave the screen. Previously only the most recent entries were shown Push Notifications • Fixed a reliability issue where tapping a push notification while the app was fully closed could fail to navigate to the correct screen. Notifications received in the killed state are now properly queued and processed once the app finishes loading. • Notification badge counts and the in-app notification inbox now stay in sync with incoming messages via the live socket connection, even when the notification center is closed. User Management • Fixed an issue where the "1 user selected" bulk-actions bar was hidden behind the tab bar on some screens, making the action buttons unreachable. Announcements feed The home screen now has a proper scrollable announcements feed replacing the old widget tiles. Company-wide and location-specific announcements are split into tabs so you can quickly check what's relevant to you. A floating compose button on the dashboard lets you post a new announcement without navigating away. Author avatars are tappable and open the user's profile. Admin availability (Do Not Disturb) Admins can now set their own chat availability hours for each day of the week. When you message an admin who is outside their scheduled hours, the chat input shows their name so you know who is unavailable and why — no more generic "admins are unavailable" message. Admins will not receive push notifications for chat messages that arrive outside their set hours. Chat improvements Sending a message now shows an iMessage-style animated progress bar while the message is in flight, replacing the per-bubble spinner. Message text now appears above attachments, consistent with standard messaging conventions. Version 1.1.7 Mention teammates in chat Type @ in any conversation to bring up an autocomplete list of participants. Tap a name to insert a mention. Mentioned names are highlighted in blue so they stand out at a glance. If someone mentions you, your name appears with a distinct amber highlight. Smarter Nucleus quick links Administrators can now configure, reorder, and customize the quick links on the Nucleus screen — including setting which roles can see each link. Custom links added by your admin now appear alongside the standard app shortcuts. Links your role cannot access are automatically hidden. Calendar improvements Fixed an issue where users could not edit events they created unless they also had the Manage Events permission. You now correctly have full edit and delete access to your own events. The RSVP feature has been removed.
