RootBase helps you keep every plant on schedule, from a single windowsill pothos to a shelf of aroids and a jar of cuttings. No generic “water every 7 days”: it learns each plant’s rhythm from when you actually water.

RootBase learns each plant’s rhythm from when you actually water it and keeps adjusting as its needs change. The more you log, the better it gets. Misting, soaking and self-watering refills get their own schedules too, and fertilizer reminders follow your growing season.

Follow cuttings, leaves, divisions, offsets, seeds and more through every stage, log water changes, and split a batch when it outgrows its jar. When one is established, turn it into a new plant or add it to one you already have.

No account and no sign-up. RootBase works fully offline, and optional iCloud Sync keeps your iPhone and iPad in step. It also keeps a week of automatic daily snapshots on your device and exports a complete ZIP backup, photos included, whenever you want one. Care reminders are optional and fully in your control.
