You asked, here it is — bigger, friendlier tap targets on the Today tab. • The on-demand "+" button is now a proper 36-point circle, matching the Taken/Missed buttons — no more squinting on smaller iPhones. • Status indicators (taken / missed / skipped) on your scheduled meds now share that same size, so the whole row reads cleanly at a glance. • On-demand entries got the same treatment with a single, larger taken-circle. Most user wish was more flexible recurring intervals. So I added monthly and custom Interval. Also optimized the sample data, so that more use cases can be tested quickly.

Smarter Notifications Medications already taken before their scheduled time no longer trigger a reminder — no more unnecessary alerts for doses you've already logged. Multiple medications scheduled at the same time are now combined into a single summary notification instead of sending separate alerts for each. Quick-Log from Notifications Tapping a medication reminder now opens a dedicated action dialog where you can mark each medication as Taken or Missed directly — no need to scroll through the Today view. The dialog supports undo, so you can correct a tap immediately.
