Helps calm the mind in 15 minutes
I have been meditating for several months 1 hour per day with crystals and moldavite. Today my thoughts were all over the place because I have big meetings coming up. I meditated for 40 minutes going nowhere, then I turned on this app and started really focusing on my heart chakra and breathing and in 20 minutes I feel so calm and centered. Absolutely worth it because now I can face all those issues and feel more confident to handle it.
The important think I noticed is I had this buzzing sensation going down from my heart through my legs and later as I continued it went down my arms too. I had to focus on my heart otherwise it would dissipate slowly. I was a really pleasant awesome feeling—I did not want to come out of meditation for another 2 hours. I have never felt this before. I can’t wait to meditate again to get to this state...that is how amazing it was!

Hi!I’ve been with heartMath+inner balance for a year now and I can confidently say if I were to practice with more commitment and regularity my health and any other issues I have in life would be non existent. It’s important to set aside an hour or so in the very early hours of the morning for meditation and if it is not possible for anyone to switch off the tv/computer/etc really early in the evening desired results cannot be achieved. Meditation is a discipline. We can create our own but it’s even better to remember, “early to bed and early to rise will make you healthy wealthy and wise.” I’m still on level one, basically because I cannot be regular, but I certainly haven’t given up.
