Better practice and more honest scoring!
Case titles changed. Working out what’s going on is the hard part of a SOAP note, so cases are now named by what the patient presents with.
Scoring is rebuilt. Instead of an overall impression, each case is graded element by element against what a preceptor expects, so the same note always earns the same score and your feedback points at exactly what was missing.
We also reviewed clinical content and corrected the management to match current consensus guidance.
Fixes:
Case information now stays on screen while you write, instead of being split between two places
“Ask the Patient” moved up, next to the case details
Fixed being signed out about once an hour
Fixed being asked to set up your profile again when signing back in
Subscriptions now follow your account instead of a single device
