Make important conversations easier to follow and reflect on with ConvoPilot. Prepare for a conversation, follow live transcription, and review what was said with practical communication tools. LIVE CONVERSATION SUPPORT Start a microphone-based session for an in-person conversation. Follow the timestamped transcript, tone and pacing cues, highlights, and optional coaching suggestions. Choose a goal, an opening line, and something to watch for before you begin. REVIEW ON YOUR TERMS Save session summaries and full transcripts only when you choose to. Paste a one-on-one message thread or import a plain-text file or PDF, select your speaker label when available, and trim timestamped conversations before reviewing them. You can also explicitly record or import audio in History for later on-device transcription. Saved recordings remain on your device until you delete them. ON-DEVICE ANALYSIS Use Apple Intelligence for supported analysis when it is available. Built-in text analysis provides conversation signals, vocabulary and readability metrics, and reliable fallback guidance. Optional Strong Local AI downloads offer additional on-device analysis on supported hardware, with model choices matched to available memory. Generate recaps, action items, and follow-up ideas from saved transcripts. PRACTICAL COMMUNICATION TOOLS Explore mindful conversation playbooks, active listening prompts, and preparation tools. Choose the support style and coaching preferences that work for you. PRIVACY AND CONTROL No account is required. Live session audio stays in memory. Saving summaries, transcripts, imported reviews, or recordings is your choice, and saved content stays on device. Imported message review uses only text you provide; ConvoPilot does not read your Messages history. Model downloads contact Hugging Face and its delivery services to retrieve files; conversation content is not sent with those requests. Optional location help uses Apple Maps to suggest a legal region, and manual selection remains available. AVAILABILITY AND IMPORTANT LIMITS Requires iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 or later. Speech support depends on your device, language, and installed speech assets. Apple Intelligence requires compatible hardware, language support, and device settings. Downloaded model options vary by device memory. This release uses on-device transcription; allowing the cloud preference does not activate a cloud transcription service. ConvoPilot captures audio through the microphone and does not guarantee two-sided recording of Phone, FaceTime, Zoom, Bluetooth, or other apps. Obtain the consent required where participants are located. Conversation cues are text-based estimates for reflection, not medical assessments. ConvoPilot does not provide therapy, diagnosis, emergency assistance, or legal advice.
