Parcel Planner makes thoughtful and timely gift-giving effortless. Create a profile for everyone you'd like to send a card to or buy gifts for. Track their birthdays, anniversaries, and other custom dates such as graduations, housewarmings, or anniversaries of hard moments. Add gift ideas and notes of all the little things they mention throughout the year, as well as all their favorites of every category. Visualize important dates in a yearly or monthly calendar view, and get reminders of the dates that are coming up. From jotting down a thoughtful note about a loved one to saving the link of a gift idea to checking out on your favorite stores and marketplaces, Parcel Planner keeps everything in one organized place.
REMEMBER THE DETAILS
Detailed profiles for friends, family, teachers--anyone in your life that you'd like to give a gift that shows you care. Import directly from your Contacts, or add people's names from scratch. Log their favorite colors, hobbies, clothing/shoe sizes, and more. Jot down notes of places or experiences that they mention they like, or list out gift ideas you've heard them talk about, so when the occasion arrives, you already have the perfect idea. A gift history is automatically generated so you don't repeat gifts year to year unintentionally.
NEVER MISS A DATE
Get timely reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, new job start dates, holidays, due dates, and more. Customize how far in advance you want to be notified. Nine U.S. holidays are built into the app, with the option to add unlimited custom dates for each person. Associate your friends and family with a certain date to easily track who gets a gift when.
FAVORITES
Build your loved one's profile of their favorite things across all categories. Add a favorite from one of our default categories, or add a custom favorite. Favorites power smart shopping suggestions from the marketplaces linked within the app so you can browse related items.
GIFT TRACKING
Save gift ideas as you'd like, and track the status of each of them so that you remind yourself when you've purchased a gift versus when you still need to do so. Add a price estimate, a link to the online product, and tag which holiday or important occasion it is for. Once a gift is given, archive it to build a history and remember what you've given throughout the years.
SHOP
Browse online marketplaces that support small businesses that sell their goods on Etsy, Uncommon Goods, and Amazon Handmade without ever leaving the app. These three marketplaces are built right-in with plans to add even more links in the future to support your local small business owners.
Tap "Shop for __" to generate a search based on your contacts favorites and recent notes. Parcel Planner picks search terms so you can start browsing relevant results, and possibly find ideas you never may have thought of.

See all important dates coming up in the next 90 days right from your home page. Visualize a countdown of each occasion so you can plan your gift purchasing.
PRIVACY FIRST
All your data lives on your device. Contacts access is optional and only used when you chose to import someone.
ONBOARDING
A three-screen summary of the app's mission is visualized after downloading. Set your reminder preference, choose your holidays, and you are ready to start adding your loved ones and their dates to celebrate or commemorate!
