RescueConnect — Dog Rescue Intake Made Simple
RescueConnect is the all-in-one platform built for dog rescue organizations to digitize intake, streamline medical recordkeeping, and connect dogs with loving homes across the country.
Say goodbye to paper forms, lost files, and scattered spreadsheets. RescueConnect gives your rescue the tools to manage every dog in your care from the moment they arrive to the day they find their forever family.
DIGITAL INTAKE FORMS
Replace paper intake sheets with a guided digital form designed specifically for animal rescues. Capture dog information, medical history, and intake details in one organized place — all from your phone or tablet.
COMPLETE MEDICAL RECORDS
Track every detail of each dog's health journey:
Vaccination records (DA2PPv, Bordetella, Rabies, DHPP)
Heartworm test results and treatment tracking
Doxycycline dosage and treatment dates
Flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives
Wormer records and schedules
Spay/neuter dates
Microchip information
Health certificates
Custom medical notes and surgical history
DOG PROFILES & PHOTOS
Create detailed profiles for every dog including breed, age, weight, color, behavioral notes, and photos. Upload vaccine labels, microchip tags, and anything else you need to keep on file. Everything is stored securely in the cloud.
FOSTER FAMILY MANAGEMENT
Keep track of which dogs are placed with foster families, including foster contact information so you always know where your dogs are.
TRANSPORT COORDINATION
Manage adopter information and coordinate transport with trusted partners including RescueVet, H.E.A.R.T.S, Hoods Pet Express, and more. Everything stays organized from the moment a dog finds a home to the day they arrive.
STATUS TRACKING
Instantly filter dogs by status — Available, Pending, Adopted, In Foster, or On Hold. See your entire rescue pipeline at a glance with real-time counts on your dashboard.
MULTI-RESCUE NETWORK
Join a growing network of rescue organizations across the country. Connect with other rescues to help more dogs find homes and build collaborative relationships with fellow animal advocates.
SECURE & PRIVATE
Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption. Passwords are securely hashed, all connections use HTTPS, and your records are backed up automatically. You control who sees your information.
BUILT FOR RESCUES, BY RESCUE ADVOCATES
