Book a TV mount, a Sonos system or a full home theater in about a minute, then watch your technician drive to your door. Cognito Media Services is a family-owned Dallas–Fort Worth installer, in business since 2012, and this is our app: flat prices, real people, no four-hour window.
BOOK IN A MINUTE
Pick the service, pick the time, confirm. Prices are the same flat package prices as our website, shown before you book. Book as a guest, or sign in with your email or Apple ID to keep every install in one place and add a photo to your profile.
WATCH YOUR TECH DRIVE TO YOU
The moment your technician starts driving, you see them on a live map with a real arrival time. Every install also lives in Projects as a ticket: a countdown, a progress bar, and who is coming. Tap Track and it is live.
ASK THE INSTALL ADVISOR
Not sure how high to mount over the fireplace, which soundbar fits your room, or whether your wall can hide the wires? Ask the Install Advisor. It answers install questions in plain language and books the right service when you are ready.
BIG UPGRADES
Backyard Theater, Media Room, Sonos, UniFi Network and The Art Wall, with real photos and real brands. Tap one for a quote and it lands with us in seconds.
