Odin's Athletes is a Viking-themed strength and endurance program built around hammer workout sessions and connecting to the Raven Sensor - real hardware that captures the force, velocity, and impact of every swing. Pair the sensor, complete the workout, climb the Odin's Hall of Warriors and compare yourself against athletes in your own age and gender cohort.

THE 90-DAY VIKING PROGRAM
Daily structured workouts that take you from beginner to ranked warrior, organized the way a special-ops mission is run - infiltrate, execute, exfil:
- Mobility - primer for every session
- Battle Block - strength and power circuits
- Core - calisthenic stability rounds
- Hammer - Raven-tracked sessions (Battle Cadence, Odin's Trial, Thor's Revenge,
