Osmind 17+

Since MM was bought out and we had to switch to osmind it has been nothing but difficulty. I used to be able to set what time of day I got my notifications to do my mood. Now I don’t get the notifications 1/2 of the time and when I do they are all at random times. It keeps kicking me out and making me log back in and then I can’t get in. This month I have had to reset my password after it kicks me out and doesn’t let me back in 3 times. Now it won’t even let me do that. I let the owner of the clinic I go to know. So now just waiting to hear from them for help.

For the love of all that’s holy, will you PLEASE add Face ID? Or some recognition of credentials? Or remove the requirement of not reusing past passwords?
I have to reset my password constantly because I get kicked out and don’t recall last of the 25 passwords I’ve had to make up because they can’t be reused. Who has patience to go through that process via email?! Especially we folks who have a need for this app in the first place 😅
