Owners & admins See everyone on a property at a glance: their initials sit beside the address, and a tap opens the full list with each person's role. Add someone from there as an Owner, Co-owner, Admin, or View only. An invited person appears straight away, greyed out, until they accept, and you can resend or cancel the invite from their card. A calmer property screen Visits are split into Upcoming and History. Upcoming is always open, with any missed visit flagged Overdue and kept at the top so it can't get lost. History folds past visits into one row per month, with a quick count of what was done and what's overdue — tap a month to open it. Also in this release • The next visit shown for a property is never a date that's already passed. • Cancel or complete a visit and the property's list updates as soon as you go back to it — no need to pull to refresh. • Invitations sent from your phone open on your company's own sign-in page.

Visits use each property's own checklist: When a property has its own checklist, a visit scheduled for it now starts from that checklist rather than your company-wide one — whether or not you pick a template by hand. Checklist templates, on your phone: Build and edit your checklist templates without opening the web dashboard, and manage each property's own copy of them. When you schedule a visit, the property's own templates and your wider library are now listed separately, so it's clear which one the visit will use. Photos in messages: Send a photo from your camera or your library in any property conversation. A photo on its own is a message — no caption needed. A better way to schedule a visit: Scheduling is now a proper form rather than a wall of buttons: visit type, date, an optional time, notes, and who's coming. You can add a new vendor without leaving the form, and "Other" lets you describe the visit in your own words. Reports: Statements are now Reports. Alongside your monthly statements, you can build a service-history or visit-history PDF for any date range and share it — a full record of what was asked for and what was done. Also in this release: • Conversations open on the newest message instead of the oldest. • A new message gives a gentle tap, and no longer announces itself when you're already reading that conversation. • Cancelled visits no longer appear in a property's visit list. • The calendar's property filter is a single button that opens a picker, instead of a row that ran off the edge of the screen. • You can request account deletion from Settings.

Face ID now prompts on its own the moment the app opens, so there is nothing to tap. The lock screen also offers "Use password instead" if you would rather sign in that way.
