Follow-Up Connect is a simple contact management app designed to help churches and authorized teams organize follow-up records.
The app works like a private contacts app for church follow-up. Users can save newcomer, returning, and member profiles with names, phone numbers, profile pictures, follow-up status, prayer requests, testimonies, and areas where the person requested help.
Follow-Up Connect also includes call and text options, contact search and filters, local backup and import, Excel-style export, and an optional Google Sheets and Google Drive connection configured by the user or organization.
The app does not provide a central database. Each user or organization chooses where their data is saved and managed.
