Getting Started, right where you need it. New walkthroughs guide you through every part of the app, with a checklist to track what's left. Tickets, organized. Assign tickets to the right person, see status at a glance, and build forms with dates, attachments, and more. Chat that keeps up. Fixed freezing, wrong scroll direction, and caption editing so conversations stay smooth. Plus fixes for dropped calls, faster notifications, and stability improvements across the app.

iPad, properly. Connect, Files, Nucleus, Calendar, Marketplace, Scheduling and Ticketing now show the list and what you've opened side by side on a large screen, and the app rotates freely on iPad instead of being locked to portrait. A faster app. Screens that stayed busy in the background no longer do, so switching tabs and scrolling stay quick however long you've been in the app. Calls you can rely on. Fixed calls that connected with no sound at all, calls that failed a while after being answered, and incoming calls that didn't ring for people who belong to more than one company. Calls can now rotate to landscape, and choosing a speaker or headset that has since been unplugged no longer leaves you on a silent call. Calls feel better, too — smoother transitions and haptic feedback on the in-call controls. Corrective actions in Auditing. Raise a fix during an audit with an owner and a due date, attach photos or files as evidence, send a fix back for another attempt, and see every attempt instead of only the last one. Admins get a Corrective Actions queue, and audits now open one question at a time. Attach a file from Files without leaving the message composer. Edit your own announcements after posting. Ticket table answers are readable instead of squeezed into eight columns.

Status that actually means something Set yourself Available, Busy, Do Not Disturb, Be right back or Out of office, and see everyone else's at a glance on their avatar. Do Not Disturb genuinely silences calls and notifications, statuses expire on their own instead of lingering for days, and what you pick follows you across every device you're signed in on. Know who you're talking to Tap anyone's name or photo for their card — role, location, how to reach them, and their local time, so you know whether now is a good moment. Chat, tidied up • Tap a reply to bring the message it quotes forward, over the conversation, with its photo or file ready to open. • A reply to a photo now looks like that photo. • The complete emoji set is in the picker, and reaction previews tell you what was reacted to. • One tap jumps back to the newest message. Video that scrubs where you drop it Dragging through a video lands on the frame you picked instead of somewhere near it. Files and tickets Large uploads no longer vanish partway through, and a ticket's table answers are finally readable on a phone. Marketplace Orders you can actually read, with the numbers that matter in one place. Plus a long list of reliability and security fixes across chat, calls and notifications.

Sharing • Notes containing scans, PDFs, and photos now share properly. Attachments used to arrive as an empty or garbled message — they now come through as real files. • The share screen is now a single compact dialog. Choose a chat or a folder in one step instead of three. • If you belong to more than one company, you can now see and change which one you're sharing to before you send. • A note's text now travels along with its attachment. • Switching to another app in the middle of sharing no longer loses your file. • Document previews now show the actual page instead of a generic icon. Photos & Avatars • Photos and profile pictures no longer appear blank when you first open the app. • Profile pictures fall back to initials if an image can't load. Also in this release • Chat and Calls now match the look of the rest of the app. • Stability and crash fixes throughout sharing.
