Report the price, tap the camera, and photograph the tag — GroceryChop reads it and confirms your report against what's actually printed. It handles real shelf tags, not clean text. Abbreviated product names, unit pricing, sale markers, barcodes — the messy stuff a real tag actually has. We use the photo to check the price and then let it go. Most are deleted the moment the check is done. Why it matters A confirmed price carries more weight than a claimed one. When you verify with a photo, other shoppers can see the price was checked against the tag — and the more verified prices there are, the more the whole list is worth trusting.
