Your swing was never the problem. It's remembering what actually works.
Every hitter has the answer somewhere in their own head. The adjustment that got you hot. The approach that worked in the game. The thing your coach said in the cage that finally clicked. Then a week goes by, a slump hits, and it's gone.
Reflex keeps it for you.
After every game, cage session, or lesson, talk it out or type a quick note about what happened. What worked, what didn't, how you felt in the box. It takes 30 seconds.
Then Rex, your AI hitting coach, goes to work. Rex reads your entries the way a great coach would and finds the patterns you can't see from the inside. When something you figured out weeks ago shows up again, Rex connects it and hands it back to you, in your own words.
That's the difference between a notebook and a coach who remembers everything.

WHO IT'S FOR
Reflex is built for serious hitters who want to get better on purpose. Travel ball, high school, showcase, college. Baseball and softball. If you care about your swing and your mental game, this is your edge.
Rex is a coaching companion, not a replacement for your coach, and not medical or mental-health advice. Just a tool that remembers what works so you can repeat it.
Talk it out. Rex remembers. Get better on purpose.

Ask Rex is here. Type a question about your swing and Rex answers from your own journal. Why you keep rolling over. What to lock in on before a game. He goes back through every round you've logged and finds the days that connect.
Every answer is saved in your scouting report, sorted by what you asked about.
Rex's Read. A small dial on Rex's card shows how well he knows your swing. Each round you log moves it.
