Use the center camera button to scan a receipt, rate confirmation or settlement. With your permission, AI suggests document details. Review the fields before saving, or enter them manually.
ANALYZE AND BOOK LOADS
Compare the gross rate with loaded miles, deadhead, fuel and your operating cost assumptions. Save a booked load now and attach its rate confirmation later. Keep the estimate with the load and review the document suggestions before updating it.
KEEP A MAINTENANCE HISTORY
Log a service or repair with its description, cost and optional odometer reading. Record a no-cost service without adding an expense. Set an optional date reminder when notifications are available.
UNDERSTAND YOUR RECORDED PROFIT
View income, expenses and profit by reporting period. Search your ledger and organize expenses by category, including fuel, maintenance, tolls, insurance and more.
PREPARE RECORDS FOR YOUR CPA
Export reports and a CPA package with income and expense ledgers, monthly profit and loss, suggested Schedule C categories, maintenance history, review flags and attached documents. Reconcile recorded income to deposits and 1099s with your CPA.
