Hey there! Here is what is new in Skan: Live Activities The "expense saved" Live Activity is now off until you turn it on, in Settings › Notifications & Live Activities. It stays off while notifications are off, and it goes away on time even if you lock your iPhone straight after saving. Insights Dragging a card to reorder the Insights page no longer closes Skan. Apple Pay automations Logging an expense from a Wallet transaction works now. Skan reads the amount the way Wallet sends it, symbol and all — "7,50 €", "$7.50" — and takes its currency from there. Trips A trip covers its first and last days in full, so dinner on the final evening still counts. A new expense only joins the active trip, and takes its currency, when its date falls inside the trip — change the date and the trip follows. Switching a trip off takes it out of this month's summary straight away. Categories Categories that turned up twice, like two "Food & Dining", are merged into one, along with their expenses, subcategories and limits. Insights On iOS 27, drag the cards on the Insights page to put them in your own order. Expenses On iOS 27, Grid and Timeline get the same swipe actions as List: attach a receipt, delete, or restore. Synchronization Skan stays smooth while a large batch of changes arrives from iCloud. Français Insights, the Siri and Shortcuts phrases, and the widgets are now in French.

Here's what's new in Skan Budgets Type your monthly budget straight on its row, no sheet, no Save button. Clear the field to remove it. Category limits still open their dial. Insights Editing your cards is smoother: the list no longer jumps, rearranging doesn't rebuild the whole page, and search doesn't stutter. Backups & Import Backups now cover everything, tags, trips, payment methods, and anything in your Trash, so restoring never quietly loses data. You can also import a whole backup folder from Files and choose to merge or replace, or bring in a CSV with proper currencies, times, and bulk tagging. Filters Filter by trip, amount, or receipt status, select multiple categories, tags, or payment methods at once, and pick from new date ranges like Last 90 Days and Last Year. Faster and more polished A new app icon, quicker expense list scrolling, and a clearer look for over-budget categories. Scanning a receipt now shows its progress right in the form.
