Excellent app for panic attacks!

I’ve experienced panic attacks for many years and I’ve tried countless things to stop them when they occur. I recently came upon this app and downloaded it. When I had a really bad panic attack the other day and was experiencing physical symptoms, I nearly headed to the emergency room. But I opened this app first, went through the prompts, and quickly calmed down. This is by far the best app I’ve ever used during an acute panic attack. The combination of breathing and grounding exercises really helped and I felt better within minutes.
