Earnest Home Maintenance
Productivity
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Ernest helps first-time homeowners stay on top of home maintenance without the overwhelm.
Add the systems in your home — HVAC, water heater, appliances, and more — and Ernest builds a calm maintenance calendar from there. See what's overdue, due soon, or coming up later. Step-by-step help guides walk you through common tasks when you're ready.
Built for clarity, not clutter:
• Track systems and open maintenance tasks in one place
• Honest urgency — overdue, due soon, and later — so you know what matters now
• In-app guides for tasks like filter changes and seasonal sprinkler care
• Your home data stays on your device
