If your therapist's practice runs on Harbor, this app is your front door to care — a calm, private place to stay connected between sessions.
What you can do with Harbor:
• Appointments — see what's coming up, and join telehealth visits with a tap
• Intake & forms — complete your paperwork from your phone before your first visit
• Secure messages — reach your practice without phone tag
• Video messages — record and send a video to your therapist, and watch the ones they send you on your own time, including any videos from their library
• Mood tracking — check in on how you're feeling and watch your patterns take shape over time
• Journaling — write privately whenever you need to, and choose what you share with your therapist
• Billing — view and pay invoices with secure checkout
Your privacy is the foundation, not an afterthought. Harbor is built HIPAA-first: your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it's only ever shared with your care team. What you keep private stays private — you decide what your therapist sees. See our privacy policy for details.
