iPhone
A different little thing each time you open it. Tap in, zone out, be gloriously unproductive with strangers doing the same. No login, no ads, no pressure.
Out to Lunch is the anti-productivity app. No goals, no score, no streaks to keep, no brain required. Just one tiny, mindless thing to do — and then you go on with your day.
HERE'S THE WHOLE IDEA
Every time you open it, you get exactly ONE little thing to do, picked at random. That's it. You don't choose, you don't scroll a grid of 500 options, you don't get nagged. This time it might be popping bubble wrap. Next time, skimming stones across a lake. Or wiping fog off a mirror to reveal a silly little thought. Open it again later for a different one.
YOU'RE NOT ALONE OUT THERE
A quiet line at the bottom shows how many other people are zoning out at the same moment as you, doing the exact same pointless thing. All a little mindless, together. It's oddly comforting.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Bubble wrap you can actually pop
• Skimming stones with real ripples
• A satisfying mechanical switch
• Mowing a tiny lawn
• Tearing paper
• Wiping a foggy mirror to reveal a random dumb thought
Each with crisp ASMR sound and gentle haptics, so it feels real under your thumb.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
• One thing at a time — a calm little ritual, not a cluttered toy box
• A live, anonymous "we're all mindless together" counter
• No account. No login. No sign-up.
• No ads. No tracking. No notifications bugging you.
• Bold, chunky design that doesn't look like every other app
Open it. Tap a few times. Feel a bit lighter. Close it. That's the whole deal.
Made with care for anyone who needs a five-second break from thinking so hard.
