Cami: Baby Tracker is made by two parents who use it for their own family every day.
WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
• Nursing, with a timer for each side and the last side marked
• Bottles of breast milk or formula, in ml or oz
• Pumping, timed or by amount, with an optional alarm for the next pump
• Sleep and naps, timed live or added later
• Diapers: pee, poop or both
• Solid foods, picked from a list you can search
• Growth, temperature, medicine and vaccines
• Contractions, while you are expecting
• Twins and siblings, each with their own day and timers
SHARED WITH YOUR FAMILY
Invite your partner, a grandparent or a nanny with a link or a QR code. Each person logs on their own iPhone, and new entries reach every phone in the family. A timer one person starts can also appear on the others' Lock Screens. No signal? Keep logging. Cami sends your entries when you are back online. Each person sees Cami in their own iPhone's language, English or Spanish.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
No ads. Your family's data is never sold, and nothing follows you across other apps. Export your log as a file, or turn on a daily copy in your own iCloud Drive.

• Running timers stay on your Lock Screen, and in the Dynamic Island on iPhones that have one
• Ask Siri to start a nursing, sleep or pumping timer in Cami when your hands are full
• Widgets show the time since the last feed or diaper change, and how long your baby has been awake

• Dark mode, plus an option to turn dark while a sleep timer runs

On Home, see how today compares with your baby's usual day by the same hour, worked out from your own log. Patterns shows a typical day and what is changing in naps, bedtime and night sleep. Charts cover sleep, wake windows, feeds, diapers and more. Growth charts show weight, length and head size on percentile curves. Search your log and filter it by type, date or who logged it.
MEET CAMI
The small yellow chick you meet when you start is Cami. She helps you set up your family.
Cami is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Talk to your pediatrician about your baby's health.
• New Patterns in Insights shows your child’s typical day and what’s changing, and any stat can now be viewed hour by hour.
• Search your log in Entries and filter by type, date, or who logged it, then undo a slip right after you save.
• New Help Center lets you ask a question or report a problem without leaving Cami.
• Turn on iCloud Backup to save a daily copy of your family’s log to your own iCloud Drive.
• Export your family’s data in one file; imports from other baby trackers now bring growth and, where they kept it, temperature.
• On iOS 27, drag or swipe rows to arrange Home, and every tracker has a new icon.
• Choose how a pull at the top of Home switches children, pick Celsius or Fahrenheit, and enjoy larger nursing timers.
• Plus many more improvements and optimizations to make every day with Cami a little easier.
