regularly hand in signed proof of work.

New: yearly export of days of absence as CSV (an aid for your tax return), project list grouped by start year, home-country standard per diem rates in Settings and easier adoption of rates in a project. Off-days now only get per diem when the overnight stay box is checked. Existing off-days in projects without overnight stays therefore no longer have per diem.
