R6 Automate
Manage Facilities Anywhere
Only for iPhone
Free · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
iPhone
Your sites don't wait for you to get back to a desk.
R6 Automate puts the day-to-day running of your Self Storage facilities on
your phone. Raise a maintenance job while you're standing in front of the
broken gate. Clear the approvals sitting in your queue between customers. See
what's urgent across every site you look after, without opening a laptop.
Built for the people who actually run storage sites such as facility managers, area managers, maintenance staff and contractors.
HOME
A quick read on how your site is tracking including occupancy, move-ins and move-outs, debtors, open escalations. Also included is the list of items actually waiting on you today.
If nothing is, it says so. This app is designed to be opened, dealt with, and
closed again.
TASKS
Everything that needs doing across your sites, all in one place. Filter by site, assignee, priority or category, and group tasks in whatever way works best for you.
Capture issues as you find them with a photo or attachment, whether it's a broken roller door, a leaking downpipe or a contractor's quote. Complete tasks with a tap, keep everyone updated with comments, and automatically flag jobs that have been waiting too long.
Raise a new job in seconds without going back to the office.
APPROVALS
Rate recommendations and existing customer rate increases, ready to action.
Each one shows the reasoning behind it: the current rate, what's recommended,
what's driving the change, and what competitors nearby are charging. Approve,
defer or hit snooze. Clear a dozen in one go when they're all straightforward.
Change your mind and undo it.
INBOX
One queue for the things that genuinely need a person. Approvals, jobs
escalated to you, completions waiting on your sign-off, and anyone who's
mentioned you. Nothing else competing for your attention.
YOUR TEAM
See who's working across your sites and who's carrying the load. Invite a new
cleaner or contractor and have them picking up jobs the same day.
BUILT FOR SELF STORAGE
This isn't a generic task app with a storage sticker on it. Jobs link to real
tenants, ledgers and units. Sites carry their codes. Rate recommendations come
from the same engine your team already uses on desktop.
If you run a Self Storage operation, it speaks your language from the first screen.
WORKS WITH YOUR EXISTING SYSTEM
R6 Automate connects to your facility management software, so what you see on
your phone is what's actually in your system. This is not a separate copy of it that drifts out of date.
YOU'LL NEED AN ACCOUNT
This app is for existing customers of R6 Automate. You'll need login details
from your organisation as you can't create an account from the app. If your
business already uses R6 Automate and you don't have access yet, ask your
administrator to send you an invite.
