New: optional iCloud sync. • Turn it on in Settings and your highlights are kept in your own iCloud, so they come back after a reinstall or on a new iPhone. Still no accounts and no analytics. Your highlights never pass through a server of ours.

Small housekeeping — the app is now called "Highlights" on your home screen. Same app, same highlights.

A visual refresh, and a look back at your year. • Home now shows year chips — tap to jump between recent years, or "All years" to see everything. Searching still widens across every year, and now says so. • Entries are set in an editorial serif and grouped by month. • A new Archive screen (Settings › Archive) reaches any year, grouped by decade, however many you've kept. • Adding a highlight: pick the day with Today / Yesterday / No date chips, or an inline calendar. Undated entries now group under "Sometime in YYYY" instead of showing a dash. • Import: type any past year instead of picking from a list. • Year in review — a once-a-year look back at the months you filled, one card per highlight, and a card you can save as an image. It appears on Home through December, and is reachable any time from a year's view. Still no accounts, no cloud, no analytics. Everything stays on your device.
