Casetop is the lab management system for modern dental labs — and this is the app your technicians carry to the bench. SCAN PANS, MOVE CASES Every case gets a QR pan label. Scan it at a workstation to check the pan in or out; scan it at the next bench and the handoff happens in one scan. Map benches to pipeline stages and the case advances by itself — no dropdowns, no keyboard. Works with the camera or a Bluetooth barcode scanner. THE BENCH SCREEN Station view shows exactly what's checked in at this bench, what's inbound, and the doctor's note one tap away. Big tap targets, built for an iPad on the bench with gloves on. YOUR QUEUE My queue shows each technician the cases assigned to them, overdue first, due-today next. Open a case to see the pipeline, units, notes, photos, 3D scan files and the conversation with the dentist. THE FLOOR BOARD A chrome-less board of every in-flight case by stage, refreshed every 15 seconds, overdue cases pulsing — for the TV on the wall. AI, WHERE IT HELPS Handwritten prescriptions, emailed Rx and scanner-portal notifications are read by AI into structured cases with per-field confidence — a technician confirms before anything is created. Dictate a prescription or a bench note with the mic. Every new case gets an advisory pre-flight check for impossible combinations. FOR TECHNICIANS WITHOUT EMAIL Floor accounts sign in with the lab's code and a personal PIN on any shared device. Casetop accounts are created by the lab at casetop.io (30 days free, no card). Plans are managed on the web; this app sells nothing. SUBSCRIPTIONS Lab plans (Solo, Small, Mid) are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions billed to your Apple ID; the price is shown in the app before purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Offices can now have their own sign-in, separate from the doctor's — and an invite sent to the wrong address can be called off. Case cards: choose what each card shows on the board, and reset to the default whenever you like. Reviewing an emailed or scanned prescription now picks products and materials from your own catalog.
