From first call to final payment: estimates, jobs, receipts, invoices and a monthly report for your accountant. First month free for new subscribers.
ProBos keeps a contractor's business in one app, from the first call to the final payment.
• Clients: phone, email, address, projects and estimates together
• Estimates in minutes: line items and sales tax, ready to send as a PDF
• Jobs: turn an approved estimate into a scheduled project
• Calendar: every job on its day; tap a day for its full list
• Snap receipts: ProBos reads the total, store and sales tax on your phone. The photo is never uploaded.
• Invoices: deposits counted, balance due tracked down to $0.00
• Accountant report: income, expenses and payments by month, as PDF or CSV
• Estimates and invoices in English, Spanish or Russian
No account needed. Your records stay on your phone, and you can save a backup file whenever you like.
Sales tax lookup is optional: after you turn it on, ProBos sends only the ZIP code and job address to find the local rate. You can always type the rate yourself. Tax figures are for your information, not tax advice.

What's new in 1.0.2
• Crash reports. If ProBos ever closes unexpectedly, it now sends a short technical report, so the problem can be found and fixed faster. The report never contains your records: no clients, jobs, amounts or photos. Details are in the privacy policy.
