Vyapari is a property trading board game rebuilt for a phone. Forty tiles sit
on a wheel instead of a square, so the whole board fits your screen without
pinching, and the tile you care about is never sideways.
PLAY YOUR WAY
• Pass and play — two to four players on one device. No account, no internet.
• Online — host a table and share a six-character code, or drop into the first
open public room. Up to four seats, live.
• Bots — fill any empty seat with a computer player that actually plays to win.
FIFTEEN COUNTRIES, FIFTEEN BOARDS
Buy Mumbai and Delhi on the India board, Ginza and Marunouchi in Japan,
Ipanema in Brazil, Polanco in Mexico. Every country has its own cities, its
own currency and its own prices — India, USA, UK, Japan, Germany, UAE,
Australia, Canada, France, Singapore, Brazil, China, South Korea, South Africa
and Mexico.
THE FULL RULES, NOT A CUT-DOWN VERSION
• Build houses evenly across a colour group, then trade up to a hotel
• Mortgage a deed when cash runs short, and redeem it when it does not
• Sell buildings back to the bank rather than go under
• Rent doubles on a completed colour group, and climbs with every house
• Transport hubs pay more the more you own; utilities pay on your dice
• Jail, bail, and a card that gets you out of it
• Chance and Treasury decks that will make your day or ruin it

Put deeds and cash on the table and the game values both sides for you, so
you know whether an offer is generous before you send it — and whether the
one you have been sent is a trap.
