Eddy: Redirect the Reflex
App blocker that redirects you
Free · In‑App Purchases
Most blockers leave you at a wall. With Eddy, you pick a better app for each one you block. Open a blocked app and one tap takes you there instead. Now on a schedule.
You already know how to block apps. You've done it. It worked. Then you stood there with your thumb out and nowhere to put it.
Eddy fixes the part after the wall.
Every app you block gets a destination you choose ahead of time, while you're calm. Tap Instagram out of habit and Eddy stops you with one button: Go to Chess. One tap and you're somewhere you actually wanted to be.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick what to block. Single apps or whole categories.
2. Give every blocked app a destination. Chess, Duolingo, Audible, Kindle, a run, a journal. One destination can cover many apps.
3. Hit the wall. Tap the button. Land somewhere better.
WHAT MAKES EDDY DIFFERENT
Nothing gets blocked into a void. Every blocked app has somewhere to go, or Eddy won't block it.
Turning Eddy off takes a real sentence and 30 seconds. Autopilot can't do either.
No streaks, no points, no daily check-ins. If Eddy works, you'll need it less. That's the point.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No servers. No tracking. Apple's Screen Time keeps your app choices private, even from Eddy.
PLANS
Start with 2 weeks free. Then choose monthly, yearly, or lifetime. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage them in Settings.

Ratings & Reviews
Schedules: Eddy can now turn blocking on automatically. Pick Workday, Evenings, Bedtime, or Weekends, or build a custom schedule. Each one turns off at a set time or stays on until you turn it off yourself. Turning off early still asks for a reason.
A cleaner home screen with less scrolling.
Eddy now goes dark while blocking is on and stays light while it's off.
We also added anonymous product analytics to help improve setup. There's still no account, and your blocked apps, destinations, and anything you type never leave your phone.
