WHAT AFFECTS YOUR SNORING
Mark your evening — alcohol, a late dinner, sleeping on your back, a blocked nose — and after a few nights Lull shows which of them change your snoring, and by how much.
THE LAB
Test one remedy at a time on your own nights: side sleeping, nasal strips, alcohol-free evenings, a raised headboard or your own idea. Lull compares nights before and with it and tells you honestly whether it seems to help.

A gentle tap on the wrist when the snoring doesn't stop — a nudge to turn over, not an alarm.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Snoring is recognized on your iPhone. Recordings never leave it; only your nights' numbers are backed up to your account.
Also: a quiet dark screen for the bedroom, an alarm that rings through silent mode, and a PDF report to bring to a doctor.
Lull is not a medical device and does not diagnose. It helps you notice patterns worth discussing with a doctor.
LULL PRO
Full history and trends, factor influence, the lab, the Apple Watch nudge, the recording library and the doctor report. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage them in your App Store account settings.
