Control your Alpha Insta Smoker from your iPhone: start, stop, temperature, smoke and fan – with live status and temperature trend.
Alpha Insta Smoker Control is the companion app for the Alpha Insta Smoker by Alpha Drain Solutions.
The app connects directly to the appliance over its own Wi-Fi network and shows everything you need
during the job on a single screen.
What you can do
• Start and stop, smoke on/off and fan speed
• Temperature and setpoint at a glance, with status (heating, ready, smoking, cooling)
• Temperature trend of the last 30 minutes
• Pump and heater time, cycles and maintenance reminder
• Emergency stop that is always within reach
• Pair several smokers using the access code shown on the appliance
• Dutch, French, English and German
Licence
The app requires a licence issued by Alpha Drain Solutions. Activate with the e-mail address linked to
your licence; a licence is bound to one phone. Without a licence the app only shows the activation
screen.
Requirements
• An Alpha Insta Smoker (firmware V3 or newer; access code from V4)
• iPhone with iOS 16 or newer
• Internet for the licence check; control itself works over the appliance's Wi-Fi network
