i haven’t used this app in a long time and i’ve went to bootcamp and done a lot of stuff with my life preventing me from driving and using this app but now that i need to go renew and order a new license i can’t because i can’t get past the verification steps i have a brand new number and it’s still on the old number like cmon if i already put my social security number in and all of this extra verification why can’t i just log in like how can i get past this number stuff i NO LONGER HAVE THE SAME # i need to update it it won’t let me and i live too far in another state to just willingly go into the dmv and get one you know how much money i would spend on a flight just to do that ughhhh it’s so annoying man

DDS has terrible and confusing services. I was charged twice for an address change and couldn’t even complete the process on the mobile app. The app is essentially useless for most updating/admin tasks. The DDS website also keeps making reference to the app and saying you can update information there, contact customer support, etc but nothing is there! Is this just a scam to get us to install it and steal our data? I have to wonder cause it’s a shell of an app, just really bad lol.Not enough functionality to make the app worth it.

says you can update your address 1x using the app if you have a gold or black star for real ID which i do but there seems to be only FAQ references on the app that say get the app to do this and nothing on my info seems to allow an address update - very frustrating waste of 15 min to get app, set upaccount and try to access the address change features

Once you get through the login loop, the app is fine for looking up information. I couldn't finish a change of address with it. I got to a point where a screen was blank, with no explanation or error message. I had to finish on the website.
