No sound, no tech support

Pay attention to these reviews! I didn’t and wasted my money. There is no sound.I finally found an email for the app and was given another email for “ tech support.” They responded to make sure the volume is turned up on the phone.It’s too bad because it looks like - with sound of course- this could have some solid teaching on it. Update:Received a reply months later which was identical to the first. I was given the option to “contact the developer” but when I clicked the link, there was nothing in English.

Hi Meekums, we informed the developers about the sound issue. They are already investigating what's wrong. Meanwhile, please check once again to make sure that in the audio settings of the app, the voice output slider has not been moved to zero by mistake.
