Best banking ever, so many improvements. Only thing that would be better is a satellite or an ofgice here in west Baton Rouge parish. My husband said if y’all would have a branch here all our business would return EFCU. And our hundred of friends agree.
Touch ID is non-existent on latest version
Touch ID worked flawlessly on earlier versions of the app popping up as soon as the app fully opened. Then, I assume in a later version, it always said it “timed out” opening which required that I hit the Touch ID area on the opening screen to get Touch ID up again to sign in. On this newest version I am unable to get Touch ID up even by manually starting it. Please get this fixed.
