Like it.

Easy setup, easy use. Any combination you like. It works & works well.

To do stationary bike reps, Tabata is the way to go. Cardiologist recommended. Set up however many reps you want, duration, length, & include warm up & cool down, whatever you like. Then simply do it, the app keeps track of all of your sessions. Very nice.

Simple, straightforward

This is a simple, pretty easy to use app! It comes loaded with a few pre-made workouts and they let you create (only) one of your own. The full screen ads can be annoying but hey, it’s free! The app has to be open in order for the timer to keep going, so when you navigate away from the app to do change the song manually or look at the next move, the time stops. It would be better if there were an option to pause only when you wanted it to.

Excellent except for nine intervals instead of eight

I love this app because it's free and it works great… I'm baffled by the fact that it starts out on her activity zero of eight, which basically is like activity one of nine. Is this intended so people can warm up? I thought Tabata was just ate all out 22nd interval training sessions bridge by 10 second rest… Am I incorrect?

I will amend this review to be five stars if they fix this.
