I’m using this app for the last 3 years. It is helpfull especially if you have complicated immigration case and there are multiple filings. It’s not that all does anything particularly complex, it’s just pulls the data from the official USCIS case tracking website. But it’s easy to track all your case numbers in one spot, rather dig through your immigration documents folder to find the case number, then find the USCIS webpage and type it in. It’s also notifying you of the case updates automatically. The amount of adds in the app went up in the last two years, there is a paid version without adds, but I never felt the need to actually go beyond the free options.If devs are reading this, I would suggest to add an option that limits the notifications only to the actual case updates, otherwise the app notifies you of visa bulletins, version updates etc quite decentetising you to these notices. I ended up finding that my case was approved a week after the notification since I assumed it was another visa bulletin update and did not check.

Very useful and I prefer it over some other options as it allow me to go directly to the USCIS website easily. It also doesn’t try to sell me legal advice every 5 seconds which is great. And the congrats confetti when different cases are approved is a nice touch. USCIS of course as a federal agency is awful and the waiting times for processing are inhumane and costs are crazy because it’s not federally supported but apps like this make it easier to check for updates. So thank you. Small change suggestion: Sometimes when I open it the sort order for my cases changes from how I left it so I get momentarily excited to see a green edge but then realize it’s not the one I’m waiting for to be approved and it swaps back to the other sort order with the unapproved one on top.

It is better than what it was, but it is still showing incorrect information as you are looking at cases. Sometimes it shows 10 sometimes it’ll show more sometimes it’ll show less it never gives the correct information on a consistent basis. . I have been trying to work on cases June and July 2022 still horrible in accurate information. Sometimes it shows two cases sometimes it shows 30 sometimes it shows five. extreme inconsistencies in what it shows same problem for the past two months, actually four months still has not been resolved, extremely unhappy with this app it’s tiring trying to get the correct information when before it used to work now it does not this app is getting worse every day. Please someone fix it please . is there another app that works with the iPhone that works? This app has so many inconsistencies in it and it’s been broken for four months with no fix in sight. There must be another app out there that works with the iPhone that works.

Update: The app is running and is showing history prior to the past updates. The owner of the app is doing an amazing job hearing the poor complaints in order to better the app to stage of success. Great Job! Past Review: After recent updates the app isn’t what it used to be. It sadly went downhill which could be fixed. I used to love seeing the history of each case displaying the date of when the fingerprints were taken to when it go approved and so on, which that feature is now gone. I had to download another app similar to this one to check the history of each case. I don’t mind the fact that after the update everything was reset and had to add each case again but the history feature should be added again.
