SMS opt-out management: Prevent sending messages to SMS recipients who opt out. When recipients reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, they'll be automatically removed from future messages to comply with mobile carrier rules. A message from the phone number with 'START' or 'SUBSCRIBE' will reverse this. Audio and video messaging: Now you can send audio and video messages in your direct and team messages. Easily record and send an audio or video message to save time and add context to your conversations.
