Installed without a hitch (May 24, 2023). I have an iPhone XSMax (iOS 16.4.1). Before downloading this app, I updated the password and accessed NV Energy’s website via my laptop without any problems. I went in via the laptop first because I was afraid to use this app due to its 1.8 rating. I felt a bit more confident about using the app after reading through the poor reviews and taking note of all the spelling errors and poor grammar of the people having problems.

The fact that we have no other option but to have NV energy and they get money from thousands of people but they do not care to fix their app nor do they care to help the paying customers . My rate continues to increase every month I used to log in and see my usage exactly what I’m paying for no it logs me in then immediately logs me out when I asked a rep they said there’s nothing they can do it’s MY phone . Every other compnay gas rent bills cox etc they have a working app and help NV energy is so careless and so unprofessional they do not care to even fix an app that seems bogus . It literally is a web browser app not even a legitimate APP. So bad 1 star to nv energy basically telling me sorry you have to pay but you can’t see your usages and they won’t email me either about m usage

Whom ever is your IT Technician for your Application is seriously screwing up right now. Can’t login and pay my bill now. I’ve tried and tried over and over again. Face ID is not working with your App, and every time I keep getting the message “Your session has timed out!” I haven’t even logged in yet and already the app is kicking me off. If I’m not able to pay my bill, I will be reporting you to the BBB and Consumer Affairs. I’m sick of all this nonsense that you make us Citizens have to download or app this or app that, to stay afloat. Pull your Heads from your Gluteus Maximus and get in gear. You are having some major technical issues right now with your App. If I was your Superior, a lot of people would be getting disciplined. Fix the App!!!

I have paid my bill with this app for years (like4) and it might have had like 3-4 times it wasn’t working but for the most part it’s great. Don’t have to go anywhere or write any checks just connected my bank account.
