Scam stay away!!
They’ll collect your rent Abe never perform the appropriate repairs. The pool has leaked 6 feet - yes FEET of water into the foundation causing the floors to rise and buckle he cabinets, but after the 7th repair person - no one can get it fixed because invitation homes won’t approve the work orders looking for cheaper labor. I would not recommend these folks at all.

Patience is a virtue
Works great all u need is a little patience… gotta get used to this because this is the way that things are gonna be done in the future … Most people that review are idiots and it’s easy to tell what really happened for them to give a bad review … all I can criticize is the people that work there but the new system is great
