Deep relaxation

I’ve tried several “meditation” apps but none have combined the science of biofeedback with therapies offered by a clinical psychologist who specializes in pain, stress and anxiety. The calming voice of Dr. Buse sent me into an extremely relaxed state and the heart and breathing rate info showed me my progress before, during and after the session. While this is targeted to migraine patients, it also is great for anxiety and stress.

Constantly improving

This app started off as a simple tool for anti-migraine biofeedback. It was a good teacher of the beginning steps. Over time it has evolved and is constantly adding new features that help advanced practitioners enhance the variety and effectively of our skills. It alarm makes practice more fun.

Don’t feel powerless anymore

I am so glad there is now a new option to help reduce migraine! One that is not yet another drug. There is a ton of evidence on how biofeedback helps with hundreds of studies to prove it works. Love that we can now do it at home and at an affordable price.
