Just joined. App won't let me back in after I just registered because "email / password" wrong. I don't see how, I copied and pasted my password from a password keeping App and I know my email. However, and on registering I explored the app. I filled out my wallet, checked my insurance cards. I noticed "Elected Officials" is out of date. About this time the app crashed and I was booted out.

Thank you for your feedback. We are aware of the issue with elected officials and are currently working on a fix as well as enhancements to how you access your account. Currently the app just takes you to the web version of our customer portal but in the near future will provide users with a completely native experience within the app.

Dear App Developer Person: When I log into the KYFB app, it shows my login is accepted. And then it requires me to login a second time. Then it allows me to go to the payment section. After I am in the payment section I click to make a payment and it logs me out. this app has had bugs in it for a long time. Please try using the app yourself and ask your friends to give you their feedback. Maybe you are not aware of how many problems it has. You are driving people away from the company that you work for. Eventually, this could hurt your job. I would suggest that you fix this problem if you want people to stay. In this day of age, I should be able to log into my app and make a payment with no problem, only having to login one time. Thank you. The best chance that KYFB has to keep me as a customer is if you fix this app.

This app is so outdated...

No Touch ID option, no ability to save your login info. No way to easily bring up your insurance card. This app is not user friendly and contains so much extra information that is totally unnecessary for its own customers. Why not make an app that is actually useful to those who use it??

Elementary kids are creating more intuitive apps these days. This is an embarrassment for Kentucky Farm Bureau. So far, the customer experience with them has not been user friendly to those it really matters to.

Seriously, please pay someone $1,000 to make this a useful app.
