Waste of money

It’s $40 for a year but if you want to add your own recipes or add sides to a meal, you need to track those in another app. If you want to modify the recipes it gives, you need to do it in another app. There are very few recipes for the price, and some of the ingredients aren’t even keto friendly. They give you an option to omit ingredients, but the plan still includes recipes with those ingredients! Don’t waste your money, just buy a cookbook and plug the meal plan into another tracking app.

Thank you for your feedback, sorry the app is not the right one for you. We designed it for people who need a plan and want to easily follow it and don't have time for looking up other recipes. There are extra recipes in the app, tap on replace button to view them all. Our feature for "omitting" (as you say) ingredients, doesn't omit them, instead it "alerts" you of those ingredients so you can choose to still make the recipe, but swap the ingredient for a different ingredient. So you still get the value of the recipe. It's an alert system, rather than removal.
