KF Rewards 4+

I typically love this place and the service but the last 3x I’ve been something is wrong. I always use the app and the receipt reflects what I’ve ordered but a few times ago I got 2 incorrect kolaches. Last time and today they missed part of my order that i already paid for. I always get kolache on my way to work or before a road trip so I usually don’t check the box until arriving to my destination. By then I’m already too far to rectify my order! I will continue to come back as I really do love the food but will make note to check the box before I leave the store from now on.

is unique if you join their rewards program, but staff will walk you through once and then you’re good to go. The rewards are good. The spinach and cheese kolaches are really tasty, but the muffins are out of this world. They bake them fresh upon ordering, so I order online and then pick them up later, warm and right out of the oven. Yum!

Needs an option to pay cash and upload the receipt. I don’t like being forced to use a credit card. I also tried using the “cancel order” option right after submitting when I realized I ordered from the incorrect location. After I hit the button, the “cancel order” option disappeared, but it didn’t actually cancel the order. I got a call an hour later from the first location that my order was still waiting pickup, after of already reordered from the correct location. Turns out I was still charged, and the cancel order option on the app didn’t work, despite appearing as though it did.
