Log in
The log in process needs to be fixed. As a first time user it brings you to a screen that is meant for established users and won’t bring you back to main set up. I closed the app and tried again. There is no way to set up as a “new” user. Why?
Can’t log in
I’m a subscriber to news in slow Spanish, which I have paid for, and it has forced me onto this app. But there’s no way to log on and zero customer support. So apparently I’ve lost all the money I spent on my news in slow Spanish app. Beyond frustrating.
This Change is Terrible
I have been a long time subscriber and since the change to L360 I am unable to log in my account nor does it direct me to reestablish my account. Quel Dommage
