No use whatever

I found a new use whatever for this app. It picks up that there are multiple remotes,Including one in a separate room that I don’t want to include in this programming effort. Can’t tell which is which, however. I couldn’t find any way to deprogram a remote and start over.I manually programmed the remote to operate one window under 1. Then, under 2, I programmed it to operate a second window. However, 2 then simultaneously operates both windows. Can’t get it to stop doing that. The app was no use in trying to fix this problem. Update.

Somehow I eventually started over. Very carefully following the instructions, I got it to work with 2 remotes. Now works perfectly. The Apple app is of no use. Just use the instructions for the remote.

Usually I ignore bad reviews when the vast majority are positive but not the case here… the bad reviews are spot on so I won’t pile on (too much) I removed my shades from the app and simply use the physical remote purchased with my shades…the app totally messed up the function of the shades…. I will miss the potential to schedule but it didn’t really work correctly anyway Two suggestions would be 1) invest in additional resources to update this buggy app and 2) app needs to provide much better functionality ESPECIALLY the ability to have more then one ‘Favorite’ position available (only ONE? Really? Com’ on man!!!) The team responsible for maintaining this app should be EMBARRASSED with the product they have produced especially from a company with the history and perceived quality of the LEVOLOR brand

UPDATE: One of my motorized Roller Band shade stopped working (luckily I can still take it to Lowes since within 90 days of purchase)
Tried to call 1-800-LEVOLOR and was on hold forever. Company really needs to get their act together!

Day light savings time

Day light saving time ended today and the programmed schedules executed one hour earlier. I opened each and every schedule and saved it again and the time of the schedule seems to be correct.
Another inconvenience is that i cannot disable a schedule without deleting it. Also, when a schedule is deleted, the app hangs and I have to restart it. Wish there was a bitton to enable/disable the schedule.
