LifeBuddy offers monthly, 6 month and yearly subscriptions to provide you with unlimited access to LifeBuddy while you maintain an active subscription. Payment will be charged to your App Store upon completion of your trial period if offered, or at confirmation of purchase if not. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at either the monthly, 6 month or annual rate. Already seeing results after 6 weeks

I set up a 7x per week upper/lower split. The nice thing is that the workouts are so short that if you miss one you can roll it into the next day workout, which lets you take rest as needed while still sticking with the program

The diet planner, while basic, is surprisingly helpful. It recommended that I eat a 500 calorie deficit & up my protein intake to 3x the FDA guidelines which made an absolutely massive difference. The FDA guidelines were designed to keep WW2 soldiers from starving to death, and are badly outdated.

I’ve lowered my bodyfat percentage by 2% so far, and I hope to be within striking distance of my goal (12% bodyfat) by the end of summer

Great Home Workout

Perfect for my home workouts during COVID. I have two pair of adjustable dumbbells, and just got an incline bench.

I like
the custom workout plan that the app generates,
the way it changes exercises around for a muscle group,
the videos (compared to still pictures used by other apps),
the timer that flows through the whole workout (another dumbbell app that I was using annoyingly waits for you to click done after each set)
and the responsiveness of developer to my questions!

I would like
the workout plan & status of workouts completed to sync between iPhone and iPad,
the ability to easily push future workouts up a day if I miss a workout or two,
a way to configure the weights and the rest time for each set.

Recommend

This app is a game changer for me!
It showed how I should work out to loose a certain amount of weight and it worked!
I also like that this app gives a list of the exercises for each day and indicates the duration of the workout which is really helpful.
I def recommend it for all the people who want to loose weight, gain muscles or to stay fit!
