I am a whole health program manager so I literally do this for a living and the goals and action steps are either not worded clearly enough or there is a glitch. All the dates needed to enter is confusing for me much less someone who knows less about the MAP and SMART Goals process. It also does not allow a person to set. Goal of doing something a few times per week when you enter your progress. I have used the Strides app instead which has a much more intuitive and user friendly process.

This app requires answering a series of inventory questions that is time consuming but understandable. It is not possible to use the app until the inventory is complete. The app has a glitch preventing me from completing the inventory, rendering it useless. I was hoping to connect with my primate care physician without having to go into the office because of COVID.

I like how each topic of self care has separate goals, it allows me to focus on the larger picture when I am able, and focus on smaller goals and daily self care for when I am struggling.I’m impressed with Live Whole Health app because a lot of apps offer similar features but charge a monthly or yearly subscription fee. This app doesn’t include ANY VA facility in Hawaii!!!!! So stupid to leave out veterans!!! I am enrolled in Whole Health at VA Sparks Matsunaga Honolulu clinic but this app leaves out the whole state of Hawaii! Why roll out an app prematurely if you are going to disrespect and ignore veterans??
