Set up an account but login account number was not given or saved now I’m trying to log in and it won’t let me it asks for account number it’s not working with my phone number there’s no costumer support or way to retrieve password or login info so I got it to work once with my airfuze vape and now I’m locked out issue is when I get another airfuze vape I won’t be able to customize it and I’m currently already locked out of my account to further customize and use the features on my Airfuze

The air fuse vape is honestly amazing. This app is HORRIBLE. There is so many issues with the app that it makes the vape a hassle rather than a reward. If the app worked I would probably use this vape from now on, but after this vape runs out of juice I will be switching to a different brand. There is other phone vapes on the market now. Not only is there a bunch of small glitches but after I registered and used the vape I went to get a new vape because I loved it so much. And go figure I can no longer get into my app. my vape is useless without the app. It’s telling me that my password is incorrect when I know for a fact that it’s not. To make it even worse there is no forgot password or help button. Your basically on your own once they have your money. I can not create a new account bc my phone number is already registered, and I can’t reset my password or contact customer service because the idiot who created this app didn’t put any effort into making it work correctly. I’m going to try and download a text app and use that number to create an account and I guess I will come back and update you guys for the people struggling like I was. Such a shame though. This could be the coolest vape I’ve ever used not only that the strawberry banana flavor is perfect. I would have gave them a 10/10 but this app and all the problems I’ve had simply just logging in makes it a 3/10. The good doesn’t outweigh the bad in my opinion. Unless your a tech genius and don’t mind the headache then don’t bother getting ANYTHING from this brand.

So I have the same problem mines telling me that I have to have an account number and a password and I do not have one so I don’t know if it’s just with Apple phones or what but it seems a little odd that I did it on my mom‘s phone and it went into the app perfectly fineI downloaded on my phone. It’s a ball game so whoever replied before. I have the same problem so I don’t know how to fix this problem and you can’t call them so mines off of a vape pen believe that.So I figured out the problem. Your account number is your phone number and your password is your password to your Apple account for your phone so if anybody’s having this problem, there is your conclusion and there is your answer so your account number is your phone number and your password is your Apple ID password.

Evidently on this app the account number is your phone number and the password is the password to your iPhone account. Before I did that, I figured I would read the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. The terms and conditions and the privacy policy are written in Chinese. I can’t read Chinese. So NOPE, not gonna do it. I don’t trust that I have to use my phone number and the password to my iPhone account in order to get in. Sounds to me like a way for someone to get into my phone and either hack it, track it or both. And I certainly can’t trust anything where the terms and conditions and the privacy policy are in Chinese. Nice try guys. There may be some stupid people out there but I ain’t one of them.
